Al LaRiviere
Chief Operating Officer

Al brings with him 40 years of Customer Service, from $700,000 Laser cutting machine tools to truck loads of steel for large production shops. Al has been in sales most of his last 40 years. He has been a P.A. for 8 years at 2 shops in the Peoria IL area. Al has spent 17 years working for himself as an Independent Sales Rep. He is looking forward to working with Rob & Cody and feels it will be a great experience for him along with their Vendors and Customers.

         Rob Steinert
    Chief Executive Officer

     Rob brings over 18 years of financial and management experience to his position.   After completing his enlistment in the United States Air Force; Rob joined a consumer finance company in Iowa. This position led him to Houston, where he managed the largest branch in Texas for the company. After 5 years of service, Rob joined a large auto dealership on the Gulf coast and acted as the Finance Director for 6 years. The entrepreneurial bug caught up with Rob in the year 2000, when he left the auto business to start his own Mortgage Company. A short 2 years later the company was generating over 3.5 million in revenue and producing in excess of 540 million in mortgage loans annually.

Rob enjoys being in business for himself and fully understands the importance of customer relationships. When not at work Rob spends all his time with his two children.
